About Julie Allen

I'm passionate about helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in the Greater Phoenix area, and educating them on what makes Greater Phoenix so great! While I provide service to ALL the cities that make up Maricopa County, I specialize in the Northeast part of the valley, to include Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, North Phoenix, as well as Tempe and the Biltmore and Arcadia neighborhoods of Phoenix.

For sellers, I bring to the table an MBA from Cornell in Hotel Marketing, and a designation as a certified luxury home marketing specialist. I work with all price points, however I really enjoy the creativity and strategy that goes into homes over the $500k price point. I enjoy using staging, photos, video, narrative and analytics to make YOUR home shine. For buyers, I love working with relocations, snowbirds/second home buyers, and first time buyers, too. As an East Coast transplant to the Grand Canyon state, I enjoy sharing highlights of what it means to live here and all of the elements that add up to an outstanding quality of life, in both a personal and professional lens.

Whether buyer or seller, each client represents a unique opportunity for me to provide excellent customer service and to help with one of the biggest financial and lifestyle decisions in an individual's life, an opportunity I treat with pride.

Prior to real estate, I've lived and worked around the world, in Singapore, China, and Mexico. I have a passion for travel and exploring, and if I ever retire from real estate, you'll see me as a photographer and a stand-up comedian. I love to laugh and enjoy working with people with a great sense of humor.
